HIRING EVENT INTRODUCES TRUCK DRIVERS AND DIESEL TECHNICIANS TO RED CLASSIC

On March 11, 2022, Red Classic held a hiring event in Charlotte, N.C., to introduce our company to potential drivers and diesel mechanics who were looking for a new career home.

"We were very happy with the successful hiring event,” said Amanda Worthen, Red Classic’s senior manager of driver recruiting. “This was a great opportunity to show interested drivers and diesel technicians what it means be a part of the Red Crew."

The Red Crew is our family of talented and supportive teammates who have built a positive work culture on a foundation of integrity and respect.

The hiring event focused on opportunities for both professional truck drivers and talented diesel mechanics.

For drivers, we offer local, dedicated, and regional runs with industry-leading pay and a variety of home time options. Depending on route, Red Classic offers a 4-week minimum guaranteed pay and sign-on bonus. Drivers appreciated knowing they would be getting behind the wheel of our late model Mack Anthems, which are three years old or newer and governed at 68 mph. Also, we offer two weeks’ paid vacation, nine paid holidays, and 401k with company match.

For diesel mechanic jobs, we offer competitive pay and plenty of career advancement opportunities with the tools and training candidates need to succeed. With more than 65 maintenance shops and nearly 40 mobile units across 10 states, attendees to the hiring event learned we have a place for them.
